Alameda County Public Works Agency (ACPWA) is the division of the County of Almeda (County) government responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining County roadway projects, such as pedestrian, bicycle, and trail facilities. ACPWA acts to fulfill the County’s responsibilities by allocation resources for the development, operation, and maintenance of such projects throughout the County unincorporated areas. With this RFP, ACPWA seeks the professional services of consultants who can prepare the Alameda County Pedestrian, Bicycle and Trail Master Plan Update for Unincorporated Areas.
