Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan

The Alameda County Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan is the County’s vision for safe, attractive and convenient opportunities for bicycling and walking in the unincorporated areas.

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (adopted in 2012) is currently being updated.

The updated Plan will provide a comprehensive guide for planning and prioritizing pedestrian and bicycle improvements throughout the unincorporated areas of Alameda County.

Public workshops will be held throughout the update process to obtain community input and feedback on existing conditions and potential improvements.
