About the Morva Court County Service Area
Morva Court
The Morva County Service Area (CSA) was established in June 1983, to provide a financing mechanism for road maintenance services for Morva Court and Morva Drive, which are private roads. These roads serve 20 residences.
In 2022, the CSA voted to increase the annual service charge to $1,000 per living unit. This rate will be in effect for fiscal years 22/23 and 23/24. In Fiscal Year 24/25, it will return to the previous amount of $250 per living unit.
