ACPWA spends over $69,000 per year, removing graffiti. We remove graffiti in commercial areas within the Graffiti Abatement Program areas in unincorporated Alameda County within 24-48 hours. All other reports, we respond to as soon as possible, with priority given to offensive words and images.
