About the Mobile Citizen App
Alameda County Public Works Agency utilizes a Mobile Citizen App to allow community members to instantly communicate with us about issues they see such as:
- Potholes
- Graffiti
- Illegal dumping
How to Use Mobile Citizen
Once you have downloaded the app, it allows you to simply take a photo of the issue you’d like to report, and submit it directly to ACPWA. Your request is then received by our Maintenance and Operations team and processed immediately. In most cases, issues are resolved within 48 hours depending on complexity.
