Norbridge Avenue Improvement Project

Project Overview

The Norbridge Avenue Improvement Project, from 230’ south of Stanton Avenue to Tyee Court, is located in Castro Valley.  Project features include constructing new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, Class II bike lanes, driveways, pedestrian ramps, and rehabilitating the pavement.  The goal is to establish a continuous ADA-compliant path of travel along this roadway the roadway. Traffic control measures and best management practices (BMPs) will be implemented to protect the environment, and utility relocations will also be included.
