West Sunset

Project Overview

The West Sunset Boulevard Improvement Project is located in Hayward Acres, from Hesperian Boulevard to Royal Avenue.  The project will provide infill and replacement sidewalks on both sides of West Sunset Boulevard.   The goal is to establish a continuous ADA-compliant path of travel on both sides of the roadway. Traffic control measures and best management practices (BMPs) will be implemented to protect the environment, and utility relocations will also be included.

Community Meeting

An in-person public meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, to present the  West Sunset Boulevard Improvement Project.

This meeting will offer a valuable opportunity for community members to learn more about this project.
