Alameda County Public Works Agency (ACPWA) is the division of the County of Alameda (County) government responsible for implementing public works infrastructure projects, such as sidewalk and bike facilities, roads, and bridges. Occasionally, ACPWA needs to supplement its staff with additional expertise and resources from specialized consultants. To this end, ACPWA seeks competitive proposals for professional services by issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
