Fees
- $10 grading permit application fee
- $250 grading and erosion control plan review fee
Additional inspection fees and security deposits may apply.
Plan Ahead: Submit completed applications, grading plans, and plan review fees at least 45 working days before grading begins.
Appointments are required before submitting grading permit applications.
