The Alameda County Public Works Agency (ACPWA) is responsible for the planning, design and construction of traffic, transportation and flood control infrastructure improvements, with the goal of enhancing safety and mobility in a sustainable and cost effective manner. Our work contributes to the vitality and economic development of the region, and advances the Vision of the County as the best place to live, work and do business.
